This design is made of 2 inch 316L stainless steel washers and bolts in a slender array for insertion into a cylindrical casing. The power supply is 12V which is divided among the 5 cell pairs giving 2.4V per cell. This is the optimum voltage per cell before excess heat starts being produced and wasted.

The electrolyte is almost 1 litre of pure water with 1/2 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate. I was impressed with the output of the cell while i only designed it to test the heat output of a smaller unit.I will use the design in a mini hydroxy torch with built in power supply. Here is the test video.
